Orders & Payments
How can I use a discount or promotional code?
Adding a coupon is simple.
- Add your favorite jewelry to your shopping cart.
- Continue to checkout.
- On mobile devices, tap Show Order Summary to display the coupon field.
- On desktop, enter your code in the discount box during checkout.
- Click Apply before completing payment.
The discount will automatically be reflected in your order total if the code is valid.

How much does shipping cost?
A standard shipping fee applies to most orders.
Shipping charges may vary depending on your destination, promotional events, or logistics conditions. The final shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?

Dorqeva proudly serves customers worldwide. To improve delivery efficiency, orders are shipped from the warehouse that can best serve your destination.
How long does delivery usually take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is generally 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier.
How can I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link included in your email or through any reliable global parcel tracking service.
My tracking hasn't updated yet. Is that normal?
Yes.
Tracking information may require 24–48 hours after shipment before appearing online. During international transit, tracking updates may also pause temporarily while your package is moving between distribution centers.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If your purchase contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
When this happens, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Order Changes
Can I update my shipping address?
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@dorqeva.com.

- Your complete corrected shipping address
Address changes can only be made before your order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, we are unable to modify delivery information.
Can I change the items in my order?
If you'd like to change a product, quantity, or other order details, please email us as soon as possible.

Changes can only be processed before the order has entered the packing stage.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once your package has been dispatched to the carrier, cancellations are no longer available. Administrative processing fees may apply to approved cancellations.
Product Support
My jewelry arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition.

- Photos or videos showing the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping label on the package
We'll review your request and work toward an appropriate solution.

I didn't receive my order confirmation.

I haven't received my tracking number yet.
Tracking information is generally sent within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
If you haven't received it after this period, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
