We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your purchase.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

Dorqeva proudly ships to customers around the world.

A standard shipping fee may apply during checkout. Shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and local shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver orders on schedule, shipping times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak shopping seasons

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–72 hours before becoming visible through the carrier's tracking system.

5. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing more than one item may be shipped separately.

This allows products from different fulfillment locations to reach you as quickly as possible. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, each package will receive its own tracking number.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or order details, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your purchase email address
  • The requested changes

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your local carrier may hold the package for pickup or arrange another delivery attempt.

Customers are responsible for following the instructions provided by the carrier.

Dorqeva is not responsible for packages returned because of:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Unclaimed shipments
  • Failure to arrange redelivery

8. Tracking Delays

If your tracking information has not updated, please allow additional time for carrier processing.

If there has been no tracking activity for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact our Customer Support Team so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier officially confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement order whenever appropriate.

If tracking indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, Dorqeva cannot accept responsibility for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier before contacting us.

10. Shipping Destinations

Dorqeva ships internationally whenever possible.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations or trusted manufacturing partners in order to improve delivery efficiency.

11. Additional Information

By placing an order with Dorqeva, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country's authorities are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Dorqeva is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
