3. Change of Mind & Refunds
We want our customers to feel comfortable with every part of their purchase. If you voluntarily selected Shipping Protection or added a Tip to your order and later decide that you no longer wish to keep the optional service, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that service.
A refund request for these optional charges may still be submitted after the order has been shipped. If Shipping Protection or Tipping was selected unintentionally or by mistake during checkout, the applicable optional charge will remain eligible for a full refund.
